2. Quotes and Orders

Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation and receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.

Custom designs and bespoke products are subject to additional approval and revisions.
3. Payments

A deposit of [50]% is required prior to commencement, with the balance payable upon completion.

Any additional work beyond the scope of the original agreement will require a new quotation and may incur extra charges.
4. Delivery and Installation

The Client shall ensure access to premises and suitable conditions for installation.
5. Design and Customization

All designs are subject to client approval in sketches, material samples, and prototypes.

Minor variations are permissible; significant changes may require adjustments to pricing and timeline.
6. Materials and Finishes

The Company sources premium materials; slight variations in colour or grain are inherent and accepted as part of craftsmanship.

Custom finishes or specific materials not in stock may extend lead times.
7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Our products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for [1] year from the date of completion.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or alterations is not covered.

Any warranty claims must be reported promptly upon discovery.
8. Intellectual Property

10. Cancellation and Termination
